...there is not any artistic creation which does not take refuge in the participative nostalgia of the illusionist dimension of the house as the foundational archetype of the impossible white state of consciousness. We say house and not refuge, or mythical home, or habitat, or impossible home. House, the warm kingdom of an imperfect human proportion yet, at the same time, the only territory capable of reinstating the cruel metaphor of he who knows that he belongs to a race devastated by the fragility of inclemency. Hence, the artist is therefore the lucid surveyor of a non-existent land, and his action is the costly fruit which grows from the measurement of someone who needs both the Utopianism of the house of his dreams and the gale that destroys it, or in other words, someone who needs to destroy love to measure love...
