 Xavier
Berenguer
has a
Ph. D. in Industrial Engineering
by the Polytechnical
University of Catalonia; he was professor at this University
during
some
years.
He works on digital media since the establishment, in 1984, of Animàtica, S.A., one of the first european computer animation companies, which he directed until 1992. At present, he is professor emeritus at the Pompeu Fabra University, where he cofounded and directed the Audiovisual Institute (1994-2000). He is particularly
interested on interactive communication and on
writing and
